Freezer Meatballs

Ingredients

  • 2 lb ground beef
  • 1 pkg stuffing mix
  • 1 1/4 c water
  • 2 eggs

Directions

Mix ingredients until blended; shape into 32 meatballs.  Flash freeze meatballs on cookie sheet.  Remove after 30 minutes to 1 hour and place in 2 gallon size ziploc bags.

When cooking, heat oven to 400°.  Spray pan with cooking spray and place meatballs on pan.  Bake 16-18 minutes or until done.  Serve with your favorite sauce and pasta!
