Some Cheese (and Bacon!) to Go with your Wine

In my last post, I shared some ideas with you for throwing a wine tasting party.  Here's a great recipe to serve with your wine, whether it's a legit party or just the two of you sharing a bottle of vino.

This recipe is amazing.  I know because I made it for our wine tasting party this weekend.  They were so good, the birthday boy didn't even get to try one!  Which is a shame, because the bacon was just for him.  They really went fast. (Although one person admitted to eating about 14 of them himself!)
                                   Cheddar Bacon Crackers

If you have a food processor, this recipe is super easy!  The hardest part is cooking the bacon, folks. Really.
